Course structure

We think of training as an educational course. Training is sold in roughly 3 month terms matching the four terms of the school year, where you come as often as you like, provided you book. The cost is the same $720 however often you come, to encourage you to come often. To be able to purchase later terms you must attend at least 50% of your booked sessions. We guarantee that if you come at least 24 times in the first three months, you will look, feel and perform better than you did before - or your money back.

Extra-curricular

Every educational course needs extra-curricular activities. Year Schedule

Every new person will begin with a term of Strength. Aside from that, the annual schedule is as follows. 2024 Term 4 – Skills Oct 6th to Dec 22nd Gym closed Dec 23rd to Jan 1st inclusive 2025 Summer – deload Jan 2nd to Jan 25th 2025 Term 1 – Strength Jan 26th to Apr 19th 2025 Term 2 – Brawn Apr 20th to Jul 19th 2025 Term 3 – Peaking Jul 20th to Oct 4th 2025 Term 4 – Skills Oct 5th to Dec 19th Members pay for each Term they wish to attend, however, the Summer Deload term is free; there is no additional charge, and any new person can come along then for the duration.
